CERTIFIED POS TERMINALS

Clients can run the Preferred Loyalty program and swipe cards through a variety of certified Point of Sale (POS) systems and credit card terminals listed below. Alternatively, clients can also run the Preferred Loyalty program right over the Internet via one of the major web browsers.

  • Micros POS

    MICROS is the global POS system leader in the restaurant industry with more than 330,000 installations worldwide backed by a global distribution and service network in place for major chains, regional chains, local independents, table service, and the quick service market. Loyalty program Integration is available on the Micros 3700 Workstation running running RES 4.0+ and Micros SVC Host version 4.1.0.326+ The OS required is Windows 2002 OS or higher which includes Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows 7.  The program also runs on Micros E7 in "host" mode (requires a Micros server). Integration with a stand-alone E7 terminal is not currently available. The Micros SVC Host interface must be purchased from a registered Micros distributor.

  • POSitouch

    POSitouch is one of the hospitality industry’s leading Point of Sale (POS) applications for restaurant table service, quick service, hotels, cafeterias, country clubs, delivery and stadium/arena use. This Windows based, open architecture software is incredibly easy to use, maintain and expand. The system is used at thousands of food operators around the country and sold through an authorized network of strategic partners throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and the Far East.

  • Web Browser

    Run Bowling Rewards right off the Internet through any major web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari). Cards are swiped or hand-­keyed directly through the browser and customer profile appears on-screen with transaction options. Receipts can even print off a local POS Receipt printer.

  • Verifone Omni 3740/3750

    The Omni 3740 and 3750 series are among the most widely deployed terminals. These multi-application credit card terminals feature a large backlit screen, intuitive navigation, and self-contained printer. Both dial-up and Dual Com (Ethernet) models are certified.

  • Verifone Omni Vx510 Dual Com

    The Vx510 Dual Com is a PCI PED and EMV approved entry-point, countertop solution that provides extraordinary performance in a sleek, compact design. For U.S. and Canadian merchants, the Vx 510 includes Ethernet and 12 MB of memory. WARNING: The Omni 3730 and Vx510 LE models are dial-up only and do NOT have sufficient memory to run both credit card processing and loyalty simultaneously. Contact your merchant services processor to upgrade to the Dual Com model or order a Dual Com through your sales agent.

  • Verifone Omni Vx570

    The Vx570 provides merchants with future-proof connectivity. It has built-in support for dial, and an option of combining dial and Ethernet. Smart and stylish, Vx570 has an intuitive ATM style interface and bold menu prompts to help desk training time, support and costs. And its anti-glare, white backlit display provides exceptional readability. We recommend this model for clients requiring joint credit card and loyalty card processing since every credit card processor in the industry builds files for the Vx570. It’s Verifone’s flagship model.

  • Verifone Omni Vx610 (Wireless)

    The Vx610 is a portable powerhouse — a battery-powered payment device with exceptional performance and high-end functionality, uses the wireless technologies — WIFI, CDMA and GPRS — and has advanced security with PCI PED approval. NOTE: Merchants must order this terminal directly through their credit card processor to ensure compatibility and activate wireless service.

  • Hypercom T4220 Dual Com

    The Hypercom Optimum T4220 is the most secure IP and dial-backup countertop terminal on the market today. Along with its ability to process transactions rapidly, the T4220 features an intelligent IP diagnostics application to monitor and communicate failure occurrences, locate the source of the error, and instruct the user how to repair it. The Optimum T4220 holds a large memory capacity and accepts multiple applications to provide the most advanced, flexible, and functional solution available in the industry.

  • Hypercom T4210 Dial Only

    The T4210 has high-end features normally found in only more expensive IP and wireless models, such as 24MB of total memory, an ARM9 processor for fast transactions and also multi-application. The T4210 is also PCI PED approved so that you can support debit with or without an external PIN pad. Unlike the T4220 model above which support both IP and dial-up transaction processing, the T4210 only supports dial-up processing through a telephone line.

  • Hypercom T4205 Dial Only

    Not as commonly deployed but similar to the T4210, the T4205 is a dial-only credit card terminal that comes standard with 24MB of total memory, an ARM9 processor for fast transactions and multi-application support. The T4205 is also PCI PED approved so that you can support debit with or without an external PIN pad.

  • Hypercom M4230 Wireless

    Hypercom’s Optimum M4230 is a unique wireless credit card terminal that offers GPRS connectivity in a countertop design. Wherever there is access to a power outlet, but limited or no access to dial or other wired communications, the Optimum T4230 fills the need. The Optimum M4230 incorporates a removable, extra long-life battery for extended use between charges and can be re-charged by connecting the charger directly into the terminal or through an optional charging dock that also provides dial backup.
